By enrolling in a Skinplicity Med Spa membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Term
All memberships require a 12-month minimum commitment unless otherwise specified.
Memberships will auto-renew monthly after the initial term unless written notice of cancellation is provided at least 30 days prior to renewal.
Unused add-ons or treatments do not roll over to the next month
2. Payments & Vouchers
Membership fees are automatically drafted monthly from the card on file.
Payments are non-refundable. Vouchers are given to be redeemed on eligible services during the active membership period.
Membership discounts apply only to the member and cannot be shared or transferred.
3. Cancellations & Early Termination
Early cancellations before the end of the 12-month term will require payment of the remaining balance for the full 12 months (e.g., if you cancel in October, you would still owe for November and December).
Credits may be redeemed for eligible services within 30 days of cancellation notice.
Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be paused or placed on hold.
4. Membership Perks & Discounts
Discounts apply only while the membership is active and cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers. Plated Skincare is excluded from the 10% retail discount.
Pricing and benefits are subject to change with 30 days’ written notice.
5. Use of Vouchers
Vouchers may be applied toward services and treatments as designated by Skinplicity. Any upgrade in treatment service from the service included in the membership may result in a bill for the difference in cost.
Credits cannot be used for gift cards, or gratuity.
6. Client Responsibilities
The member is responsible for maintaining an up-to-date payment method on file.
Missed or declined payments may result in a suspension or termination of membership benefits.
7. Skinplicity Rights
Skinplicity Med Spa reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership programs at any time with 30 days’ notice.
In the event of program discontinuation, any remaining treatment vouchers will be honored for a period of 90 days.
